Although referred to as “Silk’s”, our flowers and greenery are made from a variety of different materials including fabrics, plastics, and natural materials. Our floral arrangements are hand crafted in South Africa by our team of skilled and dedicated florists.
Silk by Design will replace any items free of charge where defective workmanship is reported within 48 hours of delivery. While we strive to use the best quality florals available at all times, it should be expected that certain flowers may gradually fade or discolour over time.
Our products are recommended for indoor use only and should be kept out of direct sunlight and protected from extreme cold. Exposure to cold temperatures may cause vases to crack and so should be avoided where possible. Dusty or dirty flowers can generally be wiped or washed with cool water and a very mild detergent.
